Homochoric.in_fundamental_sector(symmetry: Symmetry) Vector3d[source]#

Project vectors to a symmetry’s fundamental sector (inverse pole figure).

This projection is taken from MTEX’ project2FundamentalRegion.

Parameters:
symmetry

Symmetry with a fundamental sector.

Returns:
v

Vectors within the fundamental sector.
