Parameters:
axes

Axes of rotation.

angles

Angles of rotation in radians (degrees=False) or degrees (degrees=True).

degrees

If True, the given angles are assumed to be in degrees. Default is False.

Returns:
vec

Axis-angle instance of the axes and angles.
